13 Success Factors Revealed in Descending Order
You probably know that I’ve been working on my new book for over 18 months and it will shortly be released by New York Publishers, Morgan James. I am so excited! It will be available shortly with the big launch scheduled for Jan. 6 when it’ll hit the book stores.
As you’d expect the book is about exercise but it’s about much more than that. It describes 4 Key Drivers of Success: Exercise, Nutrition, Knowledge and what I call the X Factor.
The book is called “The eXercise Factor” because of the importance of the “X Factor”. You can also see the tagline is “Ease into the best shape of your life, regardless of your age, weight or current fitness level”.
The X Factor is the critical ingredient if you wish to succeed. So a few weeks ago I asked for some help with a short survey and I was blown away with the response; 339 at time of writing. In the first question I asked – What do you think are the 3 most important Success Factors from a list of 13. Here are the results:
Goals comes in second with 43%. Perseverance is third with 38% and Positive Thinking forth with 34%. Next in line is Group/Partners, followed by Training Program, Preparation Enthusiasm and Coach/Trainer.
While all 13 Factors are important, clearly some are seen as more important than other.
Let me know if you agree or disagree with the order of the 13 Success Factors and if you have any other suggestions. Please leave your thoughts, comments and/or suggestions below.
Next week I will introduce my new X Factor Competition with some great prizes and I’ll reveal some of the most popular Success Factors suggested by participants.
Until then remember my motto:
You don’t have to be fit to start, but you do have to start to be fit and healthy.
