The 5 Simple Things You Can do to Make Exercise Fun:

  1. Fun: make exercise fun and enjoyable; entertainment with family and friends; all it takes is a positive attitude
  2. Relationships: develop current relationships and build new ones and get involved in your local community
  3. Personal Time: allocate personal time every week to exercising alone; this is great time management and a stress reliever
  4. Outdoors: whenever possible, exercise outdoors; parks, beach, mountain, lake, river, etc.
  5. Vacations: make exercise the focus of your vacations

    I am unable to walk do to disability. I want to exercise but without adding to my chronic pain. Suggestions?

      Have you tried swimming or aqua jogging? Or can you cycle or join a spin class in your local gym?
