Can You Do 10 Push Ups?

Share

At the start of August I released a blog article and video about the importance of strength exercises. Because this is such an important part of your exercise, I gave you a complementary copy of my short ebook “The Importance of Strength in the Battle Against Aging”.

If you missed out on this opportunity, don’t worry as you can get it at the end of this video. But first, since I released that blog, I have been asked if I could demonstrate some of the strength exercises. So over the next week, I am going to show you four of these starting today with push ups. I demonstrate both the easy and standard version so you really have no excuses:

I hope you found that demonstration helpful. Remember — if you’re just starting, your first goal should be to work up to 10 push ups in 30 seconds and build from there. If you have any questions or comments please leave them below and I will respond to everyone.

OK, if you want to get a copy of my ebook with the eight strength exercises that I do twice a week click here. All of these exercises are included in my 5X Fitness Transformation and Anyone Can Run training programs.

Until the next time remember my motto:

You don’t have to be fit and healthy to start, but you do have to start to be fit and healthy.
