An Easy, Full-Body Exercise Which is Great for Your Heart!

At the start of August I released a blog article and video about the importance of strength exercises. As I was asked to demonstrate some of these exercises, on Monday I showed you how to do push ups, on Wednesday I showed you how to do a plank and on Friday it was squats. Today I show you how to do an easy full-body strength exercises which is great for your heart – the jumping jack.

I hope you found that demonstration helpful. Remember  — if you’re just starting, you should do 10 or 12 and gradually increase to 20 in 30 seconds and try to build it from there. If you have any questions or comments please leave them below and I will respond to everyone.
