Luck of the Irish: Do you leave your health to chance?

Cead Mile Failte and a very happy St Patrick’s Day!

I shot this video on Friday and took a risk wearing the Irish rugby jersey… but we won the game against France in Paris and Ireland are now the 6 Nations Champions!!

St Patrick’s Day or Paddy’s Day as it is known in Ireland, is celebrated in America with a theme around the “Luck of the Irish” and a four leaf clover. I’m not sure about the luck of the Irish, but I know our emblem is a shamrock, with three leafs.

I also know that your Health does not have to be a question of luck or chance. While you can be unlucky there is a lot you can do to stack the odds in your favor.

One of my favorite sayings is the harder I try the luckier I get! So don’t just hope for the best and leave your health to chance. You know there may even be a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow if you take care of your health.

You Can Do This!

Until the next time remember my motto:

You don’t have to be fit to start, but you do have to start to be fit and healthy.
