Start Exercising Today

The hardest thing about exercise is getting started. We are nearly 40 days into the new year, and if history and experience is anything to go by, most people who made their New Year’s resolution around exercise have already stopped. This is one reason why the vast majority of Americans don’t exercise enough.

It is never too late to start exercising and there is certainly nothing to stop you starting again. Maybe you are waiting for the weather to improve and if you are, I for one don’t blame you.

I have just received a copy of my interview with Jon Bruce on ABC News 4 Charleston’s very popular Low Country Live show on December 30.

It is about getting started and links to our on-going 30 Day Exercise Challenge. That means you can get started at any time so why not get started today. You will learn why it is so important to show up and why exercise must be a high priority. To watch the introductory video and sign up for the Challenge click on the link

Until the next time, remember my motto:

“You don’t have to be fit and healthy to start but you do have to start to be fit and healthy!”
