Warning! Your Exercise “GPA” May Shock You

How do you know if you are exercising enough or if you are even doing the right kind of exercise?

This is the time of year when our kids Grade Point Average Score is in the spotlight. Everyone knows what their kid’s GPA Score means and this got me thinking about exercise.

What if there was a GPA Score for exercise? Wouldn’t it be great if you had a score to tell you if the exercise you are doing is good or bad? Well, I have created an Exercise GPA Score for you. Using my Exercise BASICS Formula, I am going to show you how to identify your Exercise GPA in this new series of Blog Articles and Videos.

There are six types of exercise and you will have a GPA score for each one as well as your overall Exercise GPA at the end of the series. More importantly, I will also show you how to improve your scores so you can gradually move closer to the perfect 4.0.

In the next article/video in the series we will discuss Baseline exercise. You will identify your Baseline GPA and I will give you some tips on how to improve your score. If you don’t know what Baseline exercise is and why it is so important, make sure you receive this blog by subscribing below.

Until the next time remember my motto:

You don’t have to be fit to start, but you do have to start to be fit and healthy.
