Where is Your Current Lifestyle Journey Heading?
In this latest article in my new blog series called “The eXercise Factor Blog” I ask you to think about this quesiton — Where is your current lifestyle journey taking you? We are all traveling through life and one way or another you are on a mission; the only question is whether yours is of the healthy or the unhealthy variety.
While we cannot control the ultimate outcome of our journey, I believe that we can definitely control the process through the actions we take every day. In my new book The eXercise Factor, I describe 4 Key Drivers of Success: exercise, nutrition, knowledge and the X Factor. When I talk about success, I am referring to the ability to transform your life into a sustained fit and healthy lifestyle which increases life expectancy and improves the quality of your life.
I believe the X Factor is the most important driver because it’s the one which shows you how to succeed; without it I’m afraid you are destined to fail! So what is the X Factor? To answer the question I created my X Factor RECIPE for Success; it is an acronym which is easy to understand and remember:
R is for Resolve
E is for Energetic
C is for Cause
I is for Involved
P is for Project
E is for Extraordinary
If you have the X Factor and apply it to your journey, you will succeed! I call this journey Your New Lifestyle Mission and in next week’s blog article I will walk you through the 5 Essential Stages of Your New Lifestyle Mission.
